Goal achieved | Obiettivo raggiunto

🇬🇧 Thanks to the help of thirteen brave people, whom I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart, we managed to reach our target of €150 for printing within a week.

What can I say? I am truly speechless. The very fact that I had set the duration of this donation collection at one year speaks volumes about my hopes.

So now what?

Well then, first of all, I will close the goal for the donation collection. I will move the project to "pay what you want" mode and it will still be possible to download it for free or make donations. Consider that, for reasons I will explain in one of the next devlogs, I actually miscalculated and will spend more than €150 for printing, but I had already planned to contribute to the sum myself, so no harm is done.

As for the rest, yesterday I received the revision of the English text. The final layout of the Italian one should already be finished. Now I will dedicate myself to the re-pagination of the English text.

You still have a few days to inform me of any problems with the text, because then I will proceed to produce the print file to send to PressUP. If we go on like this, I expect to have the booklets at home by the end of April.

Che dire? Sono sinceramente senza parole. Il fatto stesso che avessi impostato a un anno la durata di questa raccolta di donazioni la dice lunga su quali fossero le mie speranze.

E, adesso, che si fa?

Bene, allora, per prima cosa, chiuderò la raccolta di donazioni a obiettivo. Porterò il progetto in modalità pay what you want e sarà ancora possibile scaricarlo gratuitamente o fare donazioni. Considerate che, per le ragioni che spiegherò in uno dei prossimi devlog, in realtà ho fatto male i conti e spenderò più di 150 € per la stampa, ma avevo già messo in conto di contribuire io stesso alla somma, per cui poco male.

Per il resto, ieri ho ricevuto la revisione del testo inglese. L’impaginazione definitiva di quello italiano dovrebbe essere già conclusa. Adesso mi dedicherò alla reimpaginazione del testo inglese.

Avete ancora pochissimi giorni per segnalarmi eventuali problemi sul testo, perché poi procederò a produrre il file di stampa da mandare a PressUP. Se andiamo avanti così, conto di avere in casa gli spillati entro la fine di aprile.
